Incontro col “maestro” Starck!

Ieri ho visitato la fiera “Progetto Fuoco” a Verona e, presso lo stand della ditta Seguin Groupe, ho avuto la possibilità di incontrare uno dei maestri del design contemporaneo, forse “IL MAESTRO”: PHILIPPE STARCK!
Qualcuno forse non comprenderà, ma per me è stata veramente una grande emozione! Ho cominciato ad ammirare i suoi lavori fin dai primi anni di università: li trovavo geniali ed eleganti allo stesso tempo; dal carattere marcato, ma capaci di inserirsi in diversi contesti senza “stonare”. Devo dire che, negli anni, ho anche imparato ad apprezzare le sue capacità “commerciali”: un genio nel sapersi proporre, nel saper vendere la sua arte e farla fruttare al meglio dal punto di vista economico! Bravo Philippe, spero di imparare tanto da te!

Yesterday I visited the exhibition “Fire Project” in Verona and, at the stand of the company Seguin Groupe, I had the chance to meet one of the masters of contemporary design, maybe “THE MASTER”: Philippe Starck!
Someone might not understand, but for me was really a thrill! I began to admire his works from the early years of college: I found them brilliant and elegant at the same time; from the strong character, but able to fit into different contexts without “out of tune”. I must say that over the years, I have also learned to appreciate his “trade” skills: a genius in knowing how to propose, in being able to sell his art and make it bear fruit in the best from an economic point of view! Congratulations Philippe, I hope to learn much from you!
