Monofamiliare a Santa Vittoria (RE) – Archibiolab
Casa monofamiliare realizzata con la struttura portante in legno. E’ stata concepita sui concetti base della bioarchitettura: bioclimatica (massima esposizione a sud), risparmio energetico (pacchetti isolanti su tutto l’involucro) e pannelli solari termici e fotovoltaici. Inoltre è stata data massima attenzione ai materiali: utilizzo del legno e della fibra di legno come elementi principali.
Tutto questo ha permesso di classificare (nell’ormai lontano 2008) l’edificio in Classe B Ecoabita.
Single family home built with wooden frame. It ‘was designed based on the concepts of green architecture: bioclimatic (maximum southern exposure), energy savings (insulation packages throughout the casing) and solar thermal and photovoltaic. It was also given attention to materials: use of wood and wood fiber as main elements.
All this has allowed to classify (back in 2008) in the building Class B Ecoabita (Reggio Emilia).
